MALAM CAROL ANN (ZAKRZEWSKI ZAK)Whilst in the loving care of her family, Carol 59 years of age passed away peacefully on 5th March 2012 in her home after losing her battle against cancer. Loving wife to Peter. Devoted mum to Steven and Joanna. Adoring nanna to Isabelle. Daughter of Jan and Iris Zakrzewski. Loving sister to Krystina, Jasia, Julie, Teresa, Paul, Peter and the late Jeanette. Eternally in our thoughts, we thank you for a lifetime filled with Love, Dancing, Laughter and Joy.
